The diverse training plan makes it more interesting, keeps things fresh with CrossFit, strength training, cardio, boxing, and calisthenics (also have yoga and dance classes occasionally). It genuinely never gets boring. The trainers are amazing - highly dedicated and they really make a difference in your progress. What i really appreciate here is that the trainers and the staff never upsell anything - it's completely left to you and they don't bother you unless you ask for help or they see you making a mistake. The Gym newly opened is very good. The concept of the Gym is completely different from other Gyms in the market. I personally got attracted to the gym when I visited it for the very first time itself!! My attraction turned into my decision when I spoke to Vamshi and got to know how exactly he operates along with his fantastic team. The environment that they have created is so vibrant that you can't wait to go to the gym the next day!! It's not like a regular gym where you are just instructed to follow the same exercises every day. I am going to the gym from the past 3 months and still, I did not get bored with a single work out routine!! All the sessions are made very interesting and of course, how can I miss this, all the trainers and I mean this, all the trainers encourage you and push you every single day!! The vibe that you have created Vamshi along with your team is just beyond words!!! You will not get bored with any of the work out routines and to make it more interesting they even have a boxing session too in which they teach you boxing skills and a lot more. They have even inculcated Zumba sessions once a week recently. I haven't attended a session still, but looking forward for that too. All in all its a great place that boosts you every single day!!

A recent place with an advanced concept of Cross Fit. Gym is not the word for it. It's a complete health hub.

Gymnasium:
Yes, It has colorful weights, machines, cardio, etc like other gyms. What is so new? It has a floor (most used- can not understand until you enjoy it yourself), boxing, weight balls, ropes, and much more that I am unable to pronounce. It is like a garden for those who are well-trained and well-built.
Playschool:
It is like a play school for beginners like me with Vamshi as a personal tutor. He has removed the concept of Personal Trainer. He is the man boosting adrenaline through speakers till last minute. Astonishing, in last 2 months of joining, I have not used the machines once. With the special cross fit training, body is gaining the strength, we are gaining confidence with sufficient loss of sweat and so, the weight.
Canteen:
It serves a yummy cum healthy meal within the gym that is designed and cooked by a trained Nutritionist himself asking with detoxifying drink. Initially, it seemed less in quantity, but now we are glad to see it lowering our weights.

Level of satisfaction is so much so that it feels to attend everyday.
