Great experience and the staff was really helpful and polite

It is a very reputed and popular joint of the O +mobile showroom in Indore. It is in the Headquarters building at Satya Sai square.There are almost all varieties of o+mobiles 📲📱 in the showroom.
The staff is cooperative and amiable. There is ample space for parking 🅿️ . Above all unlike other showrooms  there is a sofa for senior citizens to make us comfortable.The young dynamic Ekta in the store out and out helped me. Madam Chetna without wasting a second treated me as premier customer seeing to my senior citizen age attended me and in a few minutes resolved my charging issues. Thanks to the staff.

Poor service they said to wait for 45 min we waited for 45-50 minutes still they are saying we can’t do anything my phone was not working i need to catch my flight still you don’t understand the situation also there were just 3 counters active at least there should be more people to assist poor service never buying one plus again

Phone launched more than 3 months ago and still store does not have any oneplus 15 accessories and executive does not respond when calling to store.

Ms. Yashasvi helped during the entire process from checking the mobile phone to resolving the issue. The phone was fixed immediately without any hectic procedure.

My OnePlus Band suddenly one day stopped working and it was in warranty period so i visited the OnePlus experience store it was a awesome experience with the staff they replaced me with a brand new Band with new strap good customer dealings.
One thing I like about the experience store was they have designed a OnePlus cafe where customer uses self service water dispenser & coffe vending machine during the waiting time.
This make them better good gesture to the customer. Waiting area is also very spacious where you can enjoy the view of outside & also watch TV for entertainment.

Had a great experience, their service center resolvles software related issues free of cost even if your warranty is expired.

You better go to some other outlet! This outlet has the worst servicing and repair. I called before coming and when I came they refused to give the token and asked me to come back! They think we are sitting ideally! Also I asked some other sitting there even they informed that just to listen to our issue we are waiting since 40-45 minutes! Over all BAD EXPERIENCE CENTER. Visit some place else and save your time.

All solutions for your one plus products (covers products purchased from online store i.e. amazon and offline stores)...just to save a little bit of time in rush hours you can also book your token online. Staff is friendly and helpful and does the needful👍
Note: Don't step in here in hurry...keep atleast 1hr from your schedule

Service center is located at a prime location in vijay nagar. Nice interiors but uncomfortable sitting arrangements.

Beware! if you are going for any kind of service for any of oneplus' products, keep in mind that you will have to wait for atleast an hour for your turn to come.

I went for my oneplus wireless Z earbuds replacement and waited for 1.5hrs for my number.  I didn't get the replacement for my buds hand to hand as this centre doesn't have any replacement units with them which is very bad for the company's reputation.
Finally after waiting foe 13 days, I got a text from the service centre and I went there and got my replacement buds 😊 All Brand NEW😍

Although the staff is helpful and courteous. So thumbs up for that 👍

Call not attend and some products not available very bad service

The staff switches from one customer to another very quickly. That being said, one plus makes the best budget android phones that wear out well with the software.

They have everything in stock and if you know what you want to buy, the checkout is super quick. They have nice deals in stores which you cannot find online. Exchange and cash back benefits are there on selected models along with free bullet wireless earbuds.

Worst store experience.. the staff didnt explain the features or differences between different models. Didnt make any effort to answer the question we were asking regarding the phone models or offers. Didn't care to interact with us or make a sale.

The sales person behaved rudely unnecessary. When I asked for earbuds he was firstly not interested in selling. He asked me to buy online. When I asked for the pro model he said it's expensive. Never going to visit again.

Visited the store intending to purchase a OnePlus 12 and a neckband, but had a very disappointing experience with the staff. They were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to address any of my questions. The salesperson insisted that the information on the Red Cable Club page was incorrect and that only his words were valid. Instead of trying to assist or checking with colleagues, he simply disregarded my concerns. It’s frustrating to see such unprofessional behavior, especially when investing in products worth 50k - 70k. It’s clear from other reviews that this isn't an isolated issue, and it seems that management isn’t addressing it. Very disappointing experience overall.

Really great service! Azhar was really good at helping us know the specifications and offers related to the phone. The staff was really helpful.
