I recently tried Aunty's Kitchen and was blown away by their Aloo Pyaz Paratha. As someone who loves spicy food, I was delighted to find that this dish had the perfect balance of heat and flavour. The paratha itself was flaky and cooked to perfection, and the filling was bursting with flavourful potatoes and onions. I highly recommend this dish to anyone who loves a good spice kick in their food. Aunty's Kitchen definitely knows how to bring the heat!
