Elaaka's Hot And Sour Soup is an excellent choice for those looking for a nutritious and healthy meal. It is loaded with vegetables and has an amazing flavor. The soup is light yet flavorful. The texture is perfect- neither too soupy nor too thick. I highly recommend it!
