Four idlis with veggies inside it along with sambar with veggies and fresh coconut chutney. We make our own sambar powder and don't add any colour to sambar. Besides our batter is fermented naturally and has no eno, soda, sugar or suji in it. We put veggies in idli to make it more nourishing and have diversity in the flavour as you bite into the veggies.

Our appe is made with wholesome organic red rice. It has a collection of veggies inside, which gives more flavours and nourishment to it. We use natural fermentation and don't put any soda, eno, suji or sugar in mixed in the appe batter. We use cold pressed oils which give the crunchiness on the outside of the appe and the veggies give the softness inside.
