I recently visited Mahadev Tadka Dhaba and was pleasantly surprised by their selection of vegan options. The fried papad was particularly delicious, with just the right amount of crispiness and flavor. As someone who prefers plant-based meals, I was happy to see that there were plenty of options for me to choose from.
