● e-Voucher can be used in all Indomaret outlets.

● e-vouchers can only be used for 1x transaction.
● e-Voucher can only be used for purchase of physical product at indomaret.
● e-voucher can be combined with other payment methods.
● e-voucher valid until stated date in SMS dan M-Site.
● e-Voucher cannot be cashed.
● e-Voucher can be used on any day.
● Validation of e-voucher is done by the cashier.
● Validation cannot be done if e-voucher code is printed on hardcopy.
● e-Voucher cannot be used for ecommerce payment at payment point in Indomaret.
● If evoucher happens to be any obstacle, evoucher user can contact Customer Service at 1500340 or Live chat.
Refund
● Vouchers are non refundable.
