I recently visited Delhi Darbar Restaurant and was happy to see that they offer vegan options on their menu. I ordered the Chicken Schezwan Fried Rice and was pleasantly surprised by how well they were able to replicate the dish using plant-based ingredients. The flavor was on point and the texture of the "chicken" was impressive. The staff were also very accommodating of my dietary restrictions. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for delicious vegan and plant-based meals.
