I recently tried the Risotto with Creamy Dal Makhani Pasta at Aakhri Pasta and I must say, it was a flavour explosion! The pasta was cooked to perfection and the fusion of Italian risotto with Indian dal makhani was a match made in heaven. As someone who loves spicy food, I was delighted to find that the pasta had the perfect amount of heat and was bursting with bold flavours.
