I recently visited the FirstCry.com Store in Thrissur to purchase a booster seat, and my overall experience was truly excellent. The staff provided exceptional customer service and very welcoming, attentive, and ready to assist with all my queries.

Although I noticed the price of the booster seat was slightly higher compared to online, due to the urgency I went ahead with the purchase and I must say I’m very happy with the decision. The in-store experience, quality of service and convenience more than made up for the difference.

A special mention to the team for their professionalism and customer-first approach, it really made my shopping here a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for baby products in Thrissur.

Very poor experience at the FirstCry store in Angamaly. From the start, the lady staff was busy on her phone, not welcoming, and gave no help or customer service while I looked for clothes. I bought a 3 to 6 month baby romper, and when I tried to put it on my baby, the neck area was too tight and not flexible at all, wouldn’t even fit for a newborn, it was clearly a faulty product.

When I went back to the store within 2 days with the product and receipt, the staff refused to give a refund, saying their policy only allows exchanges and that this is because of “GST law changes” — which is completely false. GST has nothing to do with refunds for defective products.

Nothing was mentioned at the time of purchase that refunds are not allowed, and the product was not on sale or clearance. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff even tried to put the blame on us, saying it’s not their fault if the baby doesn’t fit into the outfit  when in fact, the product was clearly faulty and wouldn’t even pass through the baby’s head. They continued to argue and, in the end, gave us a credit note instead of a refund.

Even if it was a change of mind, why not a refund when the item was returned in perfect condition with proof of purchase? This is unfair, against the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and shows a serious lack of customer care.

The whole experience was unbelievable. Never going back to this place again — this is how businesses lose customers.

A decent place to shop for your kids. From new born items to cloths, toys and a lot more items are available. Although it looks like a lot of items are there, the selection for some particular type or particular age group seems to be limited. We looked for 8 month old boy clothes, the selection was very limited. But I guess it can be a issue of the timing and stock wasn't updated or something. Also, cost of the brand products looks like on the higher side. For some items, the non branded or other brands are available elsewhere for less than half the price. A bit high price is ok for good brands, but double the price of competing brands is not great. Anyway, as they are filled with items for kids, it's hard to dislike their products. But personal  preferences play a part in telling if they are good or not. I personally think they could improve selection of cloth items.
The shop is clean, but felt a bit small and congested. If we reached there at a peak time, it would have been hard to walk around in there. The staff were friendly and good. So overall I felt it's a good kids products shop, but could use some improvements.

First cry is best for kids wear and toys, visited for buying some goodies for my boy, good collection of dresses and toys, well guided by staff, easily visible from TB road near to dharmoos fish hub, good amount of parking

I am a frequent visitor at FirstCry Angamaly, and I must say the service here is always excellent. The staff are friendly, helpful, and make sure customers have a smooth shopping experience every time. The store is well-organized with a wide range of products, making it easy to find exactly what I need. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend FirstCry Angamaly to others.

We visited this outlet to exchange a baby bathing towel due to poor quality. The experience was very disappointing. One of the lady staff members behaved extremely rudely and roughly, making us feel very uncomfortable. When we asked for her name, she refused to provide it, which was unprofessional and unhelpful. Additionally, the staff did not switch on the AC, and it was very hot inside the store, which made our visit even more unpleasant.
While the manager was understanding and resolved our issue efficiently, the overall experience was ruined by the rude behavior and poor service of the lady staff member. Totally disappointed with this outlet because of her attitude and the uncomfortable environment

Bought some clothes, mittens, and a baby carrier from this store. Everything was soft, safe, and exactly what I wanted. The staff were patient and gave helpful suggestions based on baby’s age.

Please update the working hours correctly. It's updated as 10 AM to 9:30 PM, but the shop is closed before 9 PM

They offer a decent selection of dresses. However, if you're looking to buy a gift for someone, I wouldn't recommend purchasing here. They don’t provide gift boxes or cards. Instead, they simply wrap items in gift paper and place them in low-quality covers, which doesn’t feel very presentable.

Had a very good experience with first cry , and the staff are very friendly and we were assisted with pranav , he was so helpful and have a very good attitude towards the customers ; Really enjoyed ❤️
