Laptop's CPU fan stopped working. They opened it and said it's because dust accumulated and it made the fan stuck. So they cleaned and manually moved it and it started working again. They charged 1800 rupees for this. No parts replaced. Not at all reasonable for the service provided.

Edit: The fan stopped working again. In a day.

Excellent service employees like friendly behaviour. Qualified chiplevel engineers, iam fully satisfied for thier service  because My complait laptop,and  desktop complaints  solved quickly with low cost  thank you .

It was really satisfying service experience. The service person( Mr.Adarsh in my case) was really good in identifying the issue..was quick to respond..and communicated really well. An amazing display of professionalism and responsibility.
