Worst experience ever!
I went to this salon for waxing, and the lady who did it was super harsh and not at all gentle. The whole experience was really unpleasant. Even after she finished, there were still so many hairs left! Honestly, it was such a disappointment. On top of that, the place was quite unhygienic — the waxing area looked dirty and made me feel really uncomfortable. Definitely not worth it.

The best parlour in kochi. Staff’s are best and well trained.The way they doing everything is great. And most good part is owners are very friendly and they giving suggestions directly. Thank you Live in style team 🥰

I had a menicure pedicure today.Worst of my experience.Staff assigned for menicure was not at all trained.She ddn't know her job at all  .She thrown all the equipments on the floor.They never had a decent trolly or tray to keep their stuff.Found to be very unhygenic way of working.I left my menicure half the way.Their charges are not less but using all primitive plastic utensils with little waterNever like to visit again or recommend to any one.Even the certain things are shared among people with out sterilizing.

Should provide seating facility for people accompanying the customers.

I'm not bringing my wife back here if have to sit outside in the sun until she finishes her hair care routine.

I went for a pedicure and would never suggest it to anyone. The pot had cobwebs in it. The nail polish was old and was separating in the bottle. There was hair stuck on the chairs where I was asked to wait. Lots of hair stuck here and there, so much so that I couldn’t even sit there. For a parlour that charges a decent amount for their services they ought to have better hygiene. Cleanliness wise, it is extremely poor. The pedicure also wasn’t the best. Lots of room for improvement.

I recently visited this parlour  for a hair service, from the moment I walked in, the ambiance was welcoming and relaxing, with a modern yet cozy decor that instantly put me at ease.

The staff was incredibly professional and attentive. My stylist,  took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered valuable suggestions that suited my face shape and hair type. They were meticulous in their work, ensuring every detail was perfect.
I am so happy with staff's behaviour, I left the salon with a fantastic haircut and a boost of confidence.

Feel so rejuvenated after the scalp massage by Kaavya. She is too good to be true. Pedicure by Milsha was so relaxing.

I had a great experience at the salon for a hair spa treatment. Ms. Priyanka gave a soothing, relaxing massage and was very sweet.

The staff were warm and friendly, making for a very pleasant experience.

I recently visited this place and the output I recieved was above my expectations.

The cozy ambience and the friendly staff, together gave me a comfort zone. Eventhough I was a little tensed in the beginning as I had not done any treatments on my hair, Swetha chechi helped me in choosing the right hair color and answered all my queries like a friend.

The staff was so helpful and made sure that Iam feeling comfortable.

A total ‘I don’t care’ kind of a place. My first visit last week, but surely my last. Kept waiting for nearly an hour for the stylist. Very disappointing as a prior appointment was booked. No one even came up to inform of the delay or apologise. I had to eventually walk out in frustration. Not the customer service one expects from a reputed salon.

I have been a regular customer for the past so many years and their customer satisfaction is just  awesome.  I have tried most of the parlours in kochi and this is the one that makes you feel at home.All the staff ensures we are treated well and give proper guidance on the treatments we need genuinely. Hats off to the entire team and I have to name a few because they are ones who make me feel like going there again and again. Joicy,Reena ,Rosie chechis..keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍

● Messed up with the booking and rates in the beginning itself..
● Pedicure (did before wedding): they did a high costly pedicure which I was not informed of untill the time of payment
● Manicure: low standard service.. the staff was acting as if she was drowsy.. lazy !! very lazy... she did not even trim the cuticles
● nail polishes they provided and asked me to choose from was old and in bad condition.. if you wish to have your nails painted, I'd suggest you to bring your own

In short.. the services I recieved was very very BAD  and low standard for the reputation they have and the price they charge...

This place is really good for facials, highly recommend them for facials. In fact, this is the best place for facials in the city in my limited experience. The therapists are extremely non-pushy and seem to have your best interests at heart and are not after your money. I went there a week before my wedding and they asked me to do a cleanup which cost only Rs.600! Most other places would have tried to empty my wallet after hearing the word bride. Also, you feel very well taken care of, they are very nice and warm.

Mani- pedi: I didn’t have a good experience both the times I went there. The standard of service which you would expect in a reputed salon and for the prices were missing. My nails  were in different shapes and not very smooth, either. They seem sincere, though, but simply wasn’t skilled/trained enough. The selection of nail polishes are not that great too so carry your own.

DISAPPOINTED
one of the apparently "senior" staff did my bridal makeup...
● either she has ZERO knowledge on contouring or she was just too lazy.. just like how she was lazy to iron the saree pleates (even after asking her to do so with a hair straightener atleast, she refused).. it was a mess
● the pallu pleates were too big as well (I asked her that time itself about it.. she assured it's going to look good.. but no it did NOT)  ---- for saree changing another beautician had done it and it was beautiful.. the difference is so visible..
● I had specifically told them the timing (on when the makeup has to be over ) she finished 50mins late..
● Ornaments (including hipchain) arrangements were so bad that it all messed up after 10mis itself (no I was not dancing or moving around too much) she just did not stitch it properly.
● Eye makeup: Bad (she did not do anything to highlight the natural beauty)
● She was more interested in asking me my personal details and gossiping about others to her co staff rather than focusing on her work..

I wanted to ask her to correct all these issues, but could not because she was 50mins late as it is.. there was no time for changes..

If i could give a 0star i would. I have always came in this parlour since i was 3 or 4 now am 14yr old , the problem is the staff in there was disrespecting me and talking stuff that insults me. If you dont want to get disrespected or insulted please dont go there. It would have been much better if some toxic staffs were not there.

As per comments from my wife, the best place in kochi, great customer service
