Update: Managed to connect with the Thripunithura branch manager Akhil via phone, who proactively handled the case and arranged the refund. Special thanks to Akhil. I made the order through app around 7:10PM today, with the pickup option set to "immediately" and I reached the outlet around 8:10 PM. The didnt the prepare the order yet and asked me to wait, citing excuses like food getting cold, blah blah blah. Even though their first expression was that they didn't even see the order. I agreed to wait and they managed to pack it in 10-15 mins. However, now when I reached home and opened the packet, its missing two American Classic checking Zinger burgers. What kind of cheating is this? I think they purposefully didn't add it, noting my upsetness over the delay. I saw a lot of others waiting with no food in sight and even Swiggy delivery partners discussing about delays and submitting complaints. I even heard them talking to other customers that they are unable to take card orders, since they already did many card orders or something. And KFC, dont reply telling me to call you guys. I called your number and talked to the representative - which was very hard to hear and call got caught midway - with no call back. I have submitted an email also. Visited KFC recently and the experience was average overall. The food tasted good and the chicken was crispy as expected, but the service was a bit slow during peak hours. The seating area was decent though it could have been cleaner.
