I had a very disappointing experience at SS Communication. I went there to change the screen guard and cover of my mobile. The salesman first told me to wait for two minutes while he brought the items from another outlet or godown. I ended up waiting for more than half an hour, and even after that, he again asked me to wait for five more minutes — which turned into another 25 minutes of delay.

After all this unnecessary waiting, the screen guard he applied did not stick properly and came off within just two days. This shows a clear lack of professionalism, product quality, and customer respect.

My time and money were completely wasted. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before visiting this shop.
