Had some very bad experience with the store. I personally think after the passing away of Ratan Tata, all TATA related services have deteriorated drastically. I purchased a gas oven of Croma. After couple of days the small iron pegs attached to the stand came off. I lodged a formal complain to the service centre attached with the store. After couple of days someone from the customer care called me and said it is not covered under insurance. Even after 10 days of my service complain the complain is still open and the compay doesn't even bother to close the complain. I suggest all those customers who are reading this review to go through the warranty clause before purchasing any items of Croma. Please don't believe on their words, make them give it in writing about what is covered and what is not under warranty.

I have had a great experience with croma. After a very disappointing experience in reliance digital, Axis Mall, we decided to visit croma with little to no expectations. I walked out of croma after buying One plus 15, all thanks to amazing customer service by Prasanjit Majumdar(hopefully I'm spelling this right). He explained everything patiently to the two of us with the same patience for a 20 k phone or a 80 k one. When I entered croma after my sad experience in reliance (Axis Mall) I was pretty set on buying form amazon. Excellent, excellent service from him. Croma gets 5 stars from me

Purchased full-house appliances worth ₹2 lakhs from Croma. Payment was taken immediately, and for delivery they kept calling repeatedly. But when the soundbar installation got delayed due to interior work, the real issue started.

It has been weeks of follow-ups and no one has bothered to schedule the installation. Every call gets the same reply: “You’ll get a call in 48 hours.” That call never comes.

Once the money is taken, customer service becomes pathetic. No accountability, no coordination, and complete disregard for the customer’s time.

Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend Croma for big purchases.

Went to purchase a phone..luickly met Mr Sagir ..He is an amazing person did not acted like typical salesman .. who is in rush to sell..infact gave a very personalised advice..I would suggest anyone who visits croma ask.for his assistance if buying any electronics

Anushikha is very helpful in teaching all phone applications. Excellent behaviour. Took patience to explain all functions . She was kind to transfer all data from my old Samsung phone. I wish her all the very best.

I have been a long-time customer of the Croma Rajarhat branch, and I always prefer this store because of their excellent service and behavior. Today, while purchasing a mobile phone, I was assisted by Miss Anushikha, and I must say she guided me wonderfully. Her behavior and professionalism truly impressed me. Thank you, Croma Rajarhat, for such a great experience. Highly recommended a must-visit store!

I came to this store to buy a laptop, and Zaman was there to assist me. He was extremely helpful and made the whole process smooth and easy. Thanks to his support, I quickly found the exact product I was looking for. Excellent customer service!

Recently, I visited the Croma Store at New Town. Croma staff and The Bajaj representative initially seemed polite and helpful, but his behavior changed completely after the login process — he became rude and unprofessional, as if he was doing me a favor.

Before starting, he informed me that the processing fee was ₹699, but after approval, he charged around ₹1,120. Later, during the bank details update, he mentioned there would be an additional charge of ₹400–₹500, claiming it was from RBI.
And he told me we will process as per voter I’d as he doesn’t valid adhar card
And Croma staff also inform me before adding extra accessories like mouse earphone mouse pad Whitchurch I don’t want after billing they told me it’s free but when i shaw bill it’s charges  extra around 3000/-

As a Tata concern, I expect full transparency in billing and customer communication. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. I request you to please train the employee properly and ensure clear, transparent communication regarding charges in the future.

I’ve bitter experience. Tv purchased was not delivered but I got message that it has been delivered. The sales personnel were contacted but were unresponsive. I do’nt know what to do? I’ve contacted customer care and waiting for the response. But already I’m regretting that I visited the store. I put trust on TATA brand name but got a jolt.

*** Apropos to the review above I like to add that today the TV was delivered. It is in packed condition - not yet unpacked or installed.  Hope everything is alright.
## Moral of the episode : Accept the schedule of the Store and forget your own inconvenience.

The advisor( Mr Arif ,Mr. Debasish Das and Mr. Abhijit Roy) were extremely helpful in explaining the Features of the fully automatic washing machine.
The extended warranty advantage was also beautifully explained.
Post Diwali gift ( non stick kadhai was also given for which my better half was extremely pleased).

Extremely poor after-sales service. During the purchase, they promise attractive offers and full support to convince you to buy, but once payment is made, the service completely drops. We purchased a refrigerator that arrived with scratches, and even after repeated follow-ups, the replacement is still pending. Very disappointing experience.

Attended by Mr. Soumya for ordering AC units. All queries were well handled and answered. Good purchase experience. Awaiting delivery and installation.

Samiran+Mrinmoy da helped us a lot with the pricing and selection of the Lenovo LOQ RTX 4050 laptop. Very smooth and satisfied with the service of Croma.
