• This Taj Hotels E-Gift Voucher can be redeemed at Listed Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta hotels, and Ama Trails & Stays in India, excluding Ginger Hotels.
• The Gift Card balance may be redeemed for spends on rooms, food and beverages, spa, and other services, including applicable taxes, at Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta hotels, and Ama Trails & Stays in India, except for retail spends at third-party outlets, business center equipment hire, hired services from third-party sources, or expenses of a personal nature like buying medicines or repairs.
• To check the balance and validity of the gift card, visit Taj Hotels E-Gift Cards and input the card number in the "Check Balance" section.
• The Gift Card can be redeemed for all valid spends at the hotel and at Taj Reservations Worldwide for prepaid room reservations.
• Partial redemption is allowed, but no refund or credit note will be issued for unused or partially used gift vouchers. Any remaining balance will be stored as E-Pay balance for future use until exhausted or expired.
• For prepaid room reservations at Taj Reservations Worldwide, the card number and PIN must be provided at the time of booking. The full amount must be paid using the card to secure the reservation. If the card balance is insufficient, it may be reloaded at Taj Hotels E-Gift Cards before proceeding with the booking. Standard cancellation policies apply, and eligible refunds from cancellations will be processed by Taj Reservations Worldwide.
• The card cannot be used at any other service establishment or for cash withdrawal.
• A valid card in its original form or email must be presented at the time of availing a service.
• This E-Gift Voucher is powered by GyFTR.
• E-Gift Voucher cannot be transferred for value or re-sold or redeemed for cash.
