Bakwass staff behavior... Those who worked in the store thought they are they CEO... Very bad rudely throwing of word... Doesn't know how to handle customer... Utterly disappointed... Charged 18 rupees for carrybag which has printed first cry name on it... No brand can't charge for carry bag if the brand name is printed on the bag.... Very bad experience..
They force customer to sale their membership but they didn't provide benefit of membership...
Better to online order from direct their app...

The behaviour of the staffs r very rude. They dont even bother what the customer actually need. I requested them to give me the diapers with chikchok type, they have given the pant. Even, when, I complaint for this, they just ignored. Though I got the best treatment from the Alipore branch.

Worst shop in Behala market. They don't exchange clothes. While buying the products, without giving any information, they are selling unexchangeable products. There is no discount, selling on MRP. Shops on footpath are far better than them.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your Behala store on 7th October 2025 (afternoon).

During my short visit of around 10 minutes, one of your female staff members (wearing a black uniform) behaved very rudely and unprofessionally. I did not trouble her in any way or ask her to take out multiple items, yet her tone and attitude while responding to me were extremely disrespectful. Her behavior made me feel humiliated, as if I was a burden or an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.

As a regular customer of FirstCry, I always appreciated your brand for its quality and service, but this incident was truly disappointing and unexpected. I request you to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action so that such behavior is not repeated with other customers.

It’s rare to come across such courteous and dedicated staff these days. Mrittika is definitely an asset to the store, and I’d be happy to visit again because of the excellent service I received.

My experience is great about one of the staff over here is(MRITTIKA)..very helpfull,polite,calm,nice behaviour..she help me a lot to get what i exactly want..so am very happy...

They forced me to give a 5 star reveiwin the store before testing the product i bought . I went home and found the product to be smaller in size. The socks size written on the package was 2-4 years,but it dnt fit my daughter who is 2.5 years.
Now they are denying the exchange though I dnt ask for a refund.
