I got my Lenovo P-50 serviced here. The laptop is nearly 9 years old and it wasn’t cleaned since 2021. Mr Souvik Pal, spent more than 1.5 hours on the laptop-meticulously opening up each layer and cleaning wherever required. His cleaning was really thorough and he even repaired some cracks on the chassis that were developed through years of use and abuse. He also used a high quality thermal paste for the CPU heat coupling. I am very satisfied with his thoroughness and most importantly professionalism.
