Scrapyard

The behaviour of the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite paying the entire amount via Magicpay, and providing him with the payment confirmation, he refused to accept it stating Magicpay is not a verified platform for payment like Swiggy or Zomato. When I told him that I have used Magicpay multiple times for payment in Scrapyard, he continued to argue that since he has not received the payment, he cant do anything. He insisted me to pay the entire amount of 9000+ again via another payment method and raise a refund via Magicpay at 1am at night. Its common sense that no customer support will be available at that hour. He held us up for around 20mins before he received the payment from Magicpin and then only let us go. Highly unprofessional and stubborn behaviour from the manager of Scrapyard, Camac Street, who has absolutely no knowledge of what all 3rd party sites Scrapyard is present in. Before Scrapyard was present in Swiggy or Zomato, Magicpin was the first 3rd party app that it was present in and I have been using it ever since. Very disappointed with this experience. Nefkre
