Because of very poor packaging( not even used ice pack) and unprofessional delivery, Icecream got totally melted inside tub made it useless. This is my first order and I am really shocked to witness such unprofessional delivery. Even while talking shop owner from where through Rapido bike, it was delivered to me, told me to complain magic pin and never place order through magic pin in future hinting the unprofessional handling of the customer. After handing over items to me, Rapido bike refused to take back. Overall experience is pathetic and painful and request the management to address my concerns immediately
