• Applicable over and above store discount and EOSS (End of Season Sale).
• Multiple E-Gift Vouchers can be clubbed in a single invoice.
• E-Gift voucher has to be redeemed in full as partial redemption is not allowed.
• Elleven may add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice.
• No credit note or refund for the unused amount of the GV will be given.
• Elleven GV CANNOT be revalidated once expired.
• Elleven GV cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. Elleven may add or delete any date at its sole discretion.
• Any dispute related to the Insta Gift Voucher (GV) should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
• Elleven makes full efforts to accept Insta Gift Voucher (GV), but on account of any technical or administrative reasons, an outlet may refuse to accept the same.
• If an Insta Gift Voucher (GV) gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours.
