This was the worst experience I've ever had at a store. I paid for a Haier refrigerator in an urgent situation, but they didn't seem to understand anything. They told me they would deliver the refrigerator before 12 noon the next morning. But nothing seems to have happened yet.

The availability of paper finance (like Bajaj,Tvs,Hdb Finserv) directly at the billing desk is a major plus for customers buying expensive appliances like fridges,air conditioners,phones,television etc.

It was a good experience with the team. They provided humble and impactful service.

Croma Store Vrindavan Telibagh Lucknow This is the worst service I have ever seen. Fake staff lie while selling the product, when the product turns out to be bad they say that you should not buy this product, if you ask to meet the manager then they introduce someone as manager and get you the product. I bought the laptop and it turned out to be bad the same day.

Very knowledgeable staff especially Bhavana ma'am. Varied variety of TVs and of different brands. I purchased Croma QLED TV which costed me around Rs. 44571 and they deducted Rs 1000 from the orginal amount with 3 year replacement warranty.

Dear Croma Team,

I purchased a Croma refrigerator around 4 months ago from your Vrindavan store. Unfortunately, the product has had issues from the beginning.

First, there was a problem with the door, and now there is a serious issue with the freezer. When the engineer visited, I was shocked to hear that ₹5000 would be required for the repair – even though the refrigerator is still under warranty.

This kind of service is completely unacceptable. Charging customers during the warranty period reflects very poorly on your service standards. If this issue is not resolved immediately and without any additional cost, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the consumer forum.

I am a regular customer and have purchased all my products from the Croma store, including this refrigerator, which is also from the Croma brand. Given my loyalty and history with the company, I sincerely hope this issue can be treated as a service gesture and the repair carried out without any additional charges.

No body taking ownership and not ready to give customer service

What made it worse was the terrible customer service. I reached out politely asking for a refund atleast 85% because we are regular customer but NOTHING in favour of me, and instead of understanding or offering any help, they flat-out refused to listen. No empathy, no proper response – just an arrogant tone and a suggestion to “70% refund .” How can I agree on anything when your refrigerator doesn’t even work for me?!

They’re basically forcing to agree on 70% refund , even when their products don’t suit you. I’ve never dealt with such an uncooperative and rigid customer care team before. A brand that can’t stand behind its product or take customer feedback seriously doesn’t deserve loyal customers.

Do NOT waste your money . Croma clearly has no interest in catering to real women or solving real problems. I’m beyond disappointed.
