Best Apple Seller in and around Madurai... First I asked for demo and they showed demo for all products without any hesitation and finally I purchased to iPhone 14. I’m very happy The sales person @SIVARAJKUMAR and did a good followup and updated me about the offers and finally I got my iPhone✨

Worst customer service in iplanet byepass showroom.they are not responding properly and no one is ready to explain the product.their attitude is non professional and look like a bazaar mobile shop.if it continues then apple will lose their customers and the sales of the product will decrease.i wont recommend this branch to any of my relatives and friends.they dont know how to treat the cusyomer and how to behave with the customer.worst experience ever

All Apple products are available with offers from Apple. The interior is superb. We can see the demo of all products. The staffs are very reaponsive. I'm not into any service yet with them. But overall a good place to buy Apple products here.

The worst authorised service center that apple has in madurai.The guys who work here will analyse the service only if they are bought in planet mini (bye-pass road). The guys rate themselves with 5 star ratings. I will never suggest this store for the people in madurai better choose some other shops

Staffs in the service centre are very unprofessional. Today i heard the staff tell a customer “ then why did you come here , and why don’t you go to the other apple service centre “ , when the customer said “they didn’t  ask for the bill last time at the service centre in simmakal.”
