I'm giving 1 star because of their double standard. I purchased a laptop and they said they will give me a keyboard and a mouse for free but at end i only receive the keyboard not the mouse.

My experience with Reliance Digital, Raiganj has been utterly frustrating and disappointing. I purchased a washing machine on September 29, yet even after many days, the installation has not been done. Despite repeated reminders and phone calls, the service staff deliberately delayed the process with false assurances and excuses.

Such careless, irresponsible, and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable from a reputed brand. This negligence has not only wasted my time but also caused me great inconvenience.

What makes this even more disheartening is that I have already purchased many electronic items from this store earlier, trusting the name and service of Reliance Digital. Unfortunately, this experience has completely shattered that trust.

Because of this pathetic service, I have lost all confidence in Reliance Digital. I will never purchase anything from your store again, and I will strongly warn my friends, family, and colleagues to avoid Reliance Digital, Raiganj. A store that cannot provide basic after-sales service does not deserve customer loyalty.

The behaviour of the salespersons is very nice...but the manager is rude and has some unexplainable kinda ego and attitude...

All staffs was good 👍🏻 and what ever dought we have that they have cleared proper way

Staffs do not provide offers by themselves. You have to ask multiple times for offers. Staff technical knowledge is very poor and they don't have the interest to sell products.
