I recently dined at Fuddio and was delighted to find they had vegan options. I ordered the Kappa With Chicken Curry and it was absolutely delicious. The spices were perfectly balanced and the chicken substitute was surprisingly tasty. As someone who prefers vegan meals, I appreciate when restaurants have quality vegan options.
