I recently tried out Hotel Ruchi and I must say, their Fish Egg Masala was absolutely delicious! It was full of flavors and cooked to perfection. The texture of the fish eggs was just right and the spicy masala added the perfect kick to every bite. I would highly recommend this dish to seafood lovers. Overall, my dining experience at Hotel Ruchi was great and I can't wait to try out more of their dishes.
