Hotel Hyphen

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Hyphen and I must say, their mix veg dish with two tawa parathas was outstanding. Not only was it delicious and flavourful, but what stood out to me was their attention to detail in providing gluten-free options. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, it was refreshing to have a variety of options to choose from. The tawa parathas were cooked to perfection and the mix veg was a delightful combination of vegetables.

I enjoyed the food at Hotel Hyphen. I had the Yellow Dal Tadka with steamed rice and it was really good. The portion size was generous and the nutrition value was surprisingly high. Highly recommend it if you're looking for something different.
