I bought a T-shirt from Max, and within just one month it got torn. The fabric quality was extremely poor considering the high price. Also, the billing counter was completely empty, yet they took a long time to process the payment. There were hardly 5 people in the store, but still, the service was very slow. Really disappointed with the overall experience.

The store is wonderful with large variety of clothes available. It is 2 storey showroom and best for very economical prices. It has clothes for children, men, women . The kids section had good variety for all age groups from 6 months to 18 years. Also the men section had very good collection. The shop is easily accessible and located in mall .

Good place for shopping, you may buy here mans, kids, women's wear, all kinds of costumes are available. Also staff persons are very helpful ☺️

I recently visited your mall and faced two serious issues:

1. Incorrect Payment Deduction: I was overcharged for my purchase. The amount deducted from my payment was higher than expected. Kindly review the transaction and process the refund for the extra amount charged.
2.Staff Misbehavior: When I approached the staff to clarify the issue, they behaved rudely and were not cooperative. This was highly unprofessional and disappointing. I expect better customer service at a reputed mall like yours.

They have a good range of clothes, footwear, and accessories. The price range is also affordable. The only thing I don't like is that they are short of staff at almost all of the stores I have visited. (Chandigarh, Zirakpur, Mohali) - Most of the times you need to find a salesperson to get the details as they are busy with someone else. I know it's just a minor thing. Overall, my experience visiting Max has been great! ❤️

I placed an order online on their app. I ordered 4 products but received only 3. In the app the 4th product is being shown delivered whereas i havent received till date. When contacting customer care , they are neither issuing me a refund nor sending me the product. No one is tracking the same logistics partner also. I am suffering loss due to such negligent behaviour and service of max

Tried Shoes articles lying on floor looking very untidy

They ask us to scan code for offer. We got offer but didn't took screenshot they send us to scan all store qr code scan beacuse apparently offer can only be given if u have screenshot of it. And their qr don't show same offer twice.

They have quality clothing but not quality staff. Everytime I visited there a staff member misbehaved. Feel like I should never visit again since I don’t go there to get humiliated. One of their staff members most probably the senior one, starts snatching away any article you pick to try or just looking if it suits you. Derogatery, pathetic customer service

Good place for family shopping. 👪  nice and price friendly place. Staff is very kind and down to earth. Different types of varieties are available. Latest fashion trends are also available . Nice cleaning 👌 great place 👍 good luck.

Good place . They have varity for everyone Kids mens women girls .. They also accpt coupns .. deal nd Prices are also very low . You can visit ... We got 4-5 suits for kids

The staff is non cooperative. Very bitter experience. Forgot ipods in try room at time of closing. No customer visited the try room after that.  One staff member
named vikram  is seen picking the dress .in cctv footage. But he denied on Enquiring. Manager of max mohali in besteche is also very rude.

Total rip off,  I bought pair of shoes, I was told it's adjustable....but there is a fake buckle  , no room to adjust.
NEVER SHOP THERE,  IF YOU DO  , PLEASE CHECK YOURSELF, SALES PERSON DOESN'T GIVE CORRECT INFO.

Really,it is an underrated place in the tricity because many brands of clothes are available in this mall at an affordable price.Moreover,it is a good place to visit with family and nowadays,place is getting its position due to its cleanliness and good ambience.Last thing,it is a great place to do shopping.Love Punjab Love Mohali

Located inside Bestech mall, they have two floors reserved for max fashion. The range was slightly limited as compared to other Max Fashions. There was hardly any rush in the store.

One stop destination for fashion clothing for men, women and kids. You can get verity of options for your little one and yourself.
On festive time they offer discounts coupons and gifts.

The clothing quality is very good. Brand name is there. You'll find tons of girls' outfit here. Easy to locate in the mall. Reasonable price.

I like this store because you get everything here like clothes for men women and children, footwears, slippers, accessories, stylish purse and bags. Everything is perfectly placed, i visit this store 2 to 3 times in a month, you found max every where.

Located in Bestech mall, max is having good variety of clothes and accessories for everyone. It has 2 floors. On ground floor you can do shopping for girls stuff like clothes, footwear and other accessories.
On 2nd floor there is mens section.

Max has really been updating themselves. Too good for the price range.
