I recently visited the Bata showroom at Colaba and had an amazing experience. The service was top-notch, thanks to the helpful staff, especially Mangesh and Arshad. Mr. Kamble, the store manager, was also great at explaining the claim and exchange policy. I've always been a fan of Bata, but the service at this store was the best I've ever had!
