Very bad experience. This group fab hotels is a total fraud. After they get their commission i.e., the advance amount you pay while booking, they are least bothered to help you afterwards. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed. It doesn't have any lift, too small rooms, toilet seats are broken, doesn't answer to your calls and you've to carry your own luggage to the 3rd floor where staircase is also not good. If you want to ruin you vacation then you can book this 3rd grade hotel or else please book somewhere else. Worst decision is to book this horrible hotel. This fraudulent Co. Will not even provide you the direct contact no. of the hotel. Afterwards their number will also not answer your call. They will give you bad service but they are not ready to hear your feedback. Please do consider the reviews of the hotel before booking it. They're not charging any less amount and giving services not even like a 1 star hotel. Book from fren group or treebo but not this fab hotels. They are fab from the last..
Nothing more to just just worst, horrible, disgusting, ridiculous and everything bad. Even the customer care of fab hotels behaviour is very bad. Avoid this fab hotels. They will say breakfast is included and will give you poha or bread butter anything else you want dosa or anything that Will be chargeable. On the other hand you book any other hotels in same price you'll get buffet breakfast with everything.

Very very poor experience with this fab hotel.
We couldn't stay there so we checkout from the hotel on the same day and stayed somewhere else. They didn't even called once to check why we left their hotel while we still had next 2 days booking with them.  So bad so so so bad.. Even 1 star rating is more compare to their service

I stayed here for two nights.I checked in via cleartrip to this hotel. The hotel staff didn't provide bathrubs and water bottles in the room. Which was very annoying. We had to ask for water bottles which usually comes part of customary service in every good hotel. Even after asking receptionist guy was reluctant to send to room. The rooms were very small, not worth of the price we paid. Service was very poor.

This Fab Hotel is a scam. I pre booked this hotel through Fab Customer Service on call, paid booking amount online to secure reservation and upon reaching the hotel reception denied to provide me room saying due to maintenance.
No prior notification, no support from hotel and fab customer service kept putting me on hold. Eventually I had to search and book other hotels at higher price. Worst experience.
Refund is still pending.

This is my second time checking into this Hotel with my entire family. I was pleasantly surprised with new updates and changes they have made. It’s been very tough to get a hotel space with 100% safe secure in this area. Thanks Abad inn to accept the opinion and perspectives from the customers. They really value their customers.

No lift to 3rd floor !! Stairs are atleast 100year old and is full of PaN spitting everywhere !!!  congested Rooms with cockroaches all around, torn towels, no toiletries except for a 5rs Medimix soap, not even tissue paper kept !! Geyser gives you a mug of hot water only !!  No room cleaning if you are staying for two days !! Won’t give you water bottle also until you ask for it!
If you order delivery of anything you need to get it to 3rd floor yourself !!
Pathetic overall !!

Avoid such hotels❌

After arriving in Mumbai, I spoke with Himanshu from Fab Hotels’ customer team. He informed me that he would reserve a room for me and asked me to pay ₹750.

However, when I reached the hotel, I was very disappointed. The room was not properly cleaned, the window was broken, the towel was dirty, and there was no power for almost an hour.

I immediately informed Fab Hotels’ customer support and requested to cancel my booking and refund the amount. But they denied my request, saying the room was already booked in my name and could not be cancelled. This was surprising because Himanshu had clearly mentioned it was only a reservation.

It feels like a scam — you pay around ₹2600 but don’t get a proper room, and if you try to cancel, they refuse to refund even the ₹750 reservation amount.

On the 3rd day of my stay, there was not a single drop of water in the bathroom. I informed the reception at night itself, but by morning the issue was still not resolved. When I asked again, the reception staff casually said, “Water will come at 10 AM.”

After I complained to Fab Hotels customer care, the water started immediately — which clearly shows they had water in the tank but refused to provide it earlier.

⚠️ Please think twice before considering this hotel for booking.

They cancell my hotel when I reached at hotel.. i paid full amount and they said that booking is full so we can not give the room ... So they change my hotel .. so I have paid extra charges of taxi .

I have paid for breakfast..in breakfast they gave only tea and coffe

Hotel is on 3 rs floor.. we have senior citizen with us.. but there is no lift is there.. so we get  too much trouble with this...

Place is infested with roaches. Access stairway has rodents, roaches & strange people sleeping in corners. Smelly, with pan stained walls and stairways.
Stained / torn bed linen.

Place is in a good location - this is the only plus point.
Staff is friendly & helpful.
In my opinion - unless the entire place is done up, there is not much the staff can do to improve the place.

UNCLEAN HOTEL AND IRRESPONSIVE STAFF. FAB express feels like a scam

We booked this hotel through fab and paid a booking amount. We were shared some photos on what's app that looked good.

When we reach the place, the hotel was on building on the 3rd floor and the first two floors were empty and smelled bad.

The hotel staff were neither responding to our questions on safety responsibly not were the rooms clean and ready. What was not shocking the rooms shown to us was not the rooms shown in the photo and were super dingy and unclean.

When asked questions the hotel blames fab and fab did not respond to our queries.

Very irresponsible from both parties. Would recommend you to be very careful before booking this place especially if your with family.

I have yet to return a refund as well.

2) when I reached FAB customer support, they blames me for not taking photos or complaining before the booking date. When I told them I had to roam around to find a new place they blamed me for loosing money and put me on permanent hold.

All of them are complete scamsters. Stay away from FAb all together

My experience was very bad . No safety in inside hotel and outside hotel. Stranger was sleeping on stairs . Ventilation not available in all rooms.
Please check before stay in hotel.
Not provide dental kit and water.

First the hotel is at 3rd Floor without any lift, the rooms are small, smelly and with lot of cockroach friends

Worst Stay Ever – Avoid FAB EXPRESS

Our experience at FAB EXPRESS was extremely disappointing. Rainwater was leaking from the roof and walls, flooding the room and lounge. All our clothes were drenched and ruined.

There was no staff at the reception to help, and we spent the whole night without sleep. Despite repeated attempts to contact hotel management, no action was taken. Their customer service was completely unresponsive.

I strongly recommend avoiding FAB EXPRESS hotels. Not worth the trouble.

My room had a mouse it destroyed my clothes my clothes were on the bed and when i was not in the room the mouse came onto the bed told the manager about this he ignored it i guess the manager was used to sleep with mice and when i confronted them about they didnt even accept their fault and was super rude and making fun of it as its a normal thing and was continuously trying to deviate from the topic the staff was super supportive but that manager was irritating

No Lift, Hotel at 3rd floor, booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip but couldn't check in as my mother couldn't walk. Lost full reservation amount.

manager was very bad  he behaved very rudely and also never give next day breakfast even we already cleared everything that we want breakfast early then he said early morning not possible u can take at night but when we asked for he didn't give and said u can make a complaint from where ever u booked his name was maqsood i think

It was a very bad experience. This hotel has no lift. It smells very bad. The hotel has broken things and the staff is also not good.there us no cleanliness also.Despite talking to customer service on Agoda, they charged us ₹500 extra.

Hotel is situated at 4th floor and uh have to climb that stairs and they are very smelly and very unhygienic. Too many rats were there and room has water leakage during rainy season and at night beggars used to sleep in the corridors which will give uh a very shady vibes (including room) all though it was really near to gate way of india and colaba coseway

The location of the hotel is good. Rooms are ok and manageable. However, the hotel is located on the 3rd and 4th floors. With a suitcase, I found it difficult to climb to 3rd floor. But there was no choice. Its certainly not for elderly people.

what was not good ?
- Hotel was on third floor very old building No LIFT 🛗 facility. If you have luggage or you go out you have to ready to climb three floors.
- cockroach 🪳 and rat 🐀 was there in hotel pls find image attached
- bad Stinking ( Smells) in Room.
- Bath Towels was not washed .
- Breakfast start at 8.30 in morning, I booked with breakfast, they provide only one bread jam and tea.image if you have to go early.
- Most important NO VODAPHONE network.means no contact from any one.

So why I stayed ? After entering hotel and check in my room in Two minutes I found all this and asked for refund but dined by hotel staff and they offered me other room . But things where same . So if i don't want to stay I have to ready for loosing my money and find other hotel in heavy rain. So finally I managed.

I donot expect this kind of service from brand like FAB.
