I had a great experience at Nho Saigon trying out their Pan Seared Tofu Banh Mi! The subtle sweetness of the pickled veggies contrasted perfectly with the savoury, crisp seared tofu. The baguette was toasted to perfection and the herbs added the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommend trying it out!
