I recently tried the Cheese Chowmein at Balaji Fast Food and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. As someone who prefers healthier options, I was pleased to see that they used fresh ingredients and offered a nutritious meal. The dish had a great balance of flavors and the portion size was perfect. I also appreciated that they used real cheese instead of processed cheese.
