Food got delayed by 1 and half hrs order around 8pm and delivery was done on 9.20pm chilli garlic noodles was not up to the mark.  very upset with the food and service 😔

I have ordered Chicken Tikka biryani for my Son`s Birthday Party, I personally spoke to them on phone...."that make it less spice" , I have mentioned the same in the comment at time of online ordering as well as when I visited store, again to informed them about the same (due to my previous experience)....after instructed them so many times of my single basic requirement, they have made chiken tikka biryani so so spice that all my guests almost left empty stomached( It was so embarrassing for me) and I threw almost 4 kg of biryani in the dustbin. Now I started feeling that it was my mistake that I given them a second chance even after my previous experience. They have started making simple KABABS ALSO VERY SPICE. I DON`T KNOW WHAT THE LOVE THEY HAVE IN MAKING DISHES SO SPICE THAT CUSTOMER CAN NOT EAT IT ....AND IF WE TELL THEM THEY JUST DON`T CARE. NOW WE JUST ORDERS SIMPLE BUTTER CHICKEN ( CAUSE WE DONT HAVE ANY OPTION OTHER THAN CHEFTOON IN KANJURMARG (E)) AS THEY CAN NOT MAKE ATLEAST A BUTTER CHICKEN SPICE.

Delivery was not upto mark, food was good and I liked it. Please see into it in future.
