Our Choco Butterscotch Barks have been reimagined from the toffee like texture of the Lucknowi Sohan Halwa in the form of a brittle chocolate candy with layers of chocolate, silky butterscotch, toasted almonds and sea salt! Wonder what the story about the fudge is ? No trip to Lonavala is ever complete without the fudge and chikki stop on the way back! We took the best of both our favourites to create Bombay's 3 Layer Fudge. Our version is made with two layers of 70% chocolate peda sandwiched with a silky 55% dark chocolate ganache and crunchy house made peanut brittle. Our Indie bars are a love child of a chocolate bar and the flaky Patissa! While experimenting with soan papdi, Chef Girish realised that it would make a unique textural addition to a traditional candy bar. The layer of soft caramel was inspired by some of our most beloved chocolate bars from ‘5 Star’ to ‘Twix’, with a grown-up twist of freshly cracked black pepper and the coconut fluff in it takes cue from the subtle coconut flavour of the ‘Bounty’ bar. This reimagined Indian chocolate bar is finally coated with dark chocolate.
