Worst experience and product which they keep is old one. Very rude to customer. No proper customer caring. Very bad experience. Will never suggest any one to buy from this shop.very costly compare to other shop. Very fraud. i brought a watch from this shop and within 18 days colour got faded, brand -Titan buyed on 6/8/2022. already i raise complaint to titan customer care and consumer.

I had bought a wall clock from this shop, i wish i had read the google review before the purchase. It was defective but under guarantee, so i gave them the clock. First they blamed me for breaking it instead of admitting that it was defective. Then they pretended to give it for repairs and asked for repair charges of 3500 from me for a clock worth 4050. Total FRAUD shop, Do not shop here, they say guarantee but its not true.

This is the worst watch center I ever seen because the sell old watch to customers I am buying one black smart watch for men's from this store in next day I m facing watch battery problem next day I visited to this shop n told about faulty watch the he takes 10 days for replacement after replacement they Handover me pink watch this is the worst service n staff also very rude and shop manager behavior bad n rude. All watches are over priced if actual price of watch is 2000 than in this shop they sold this watch in 3000 or more😡 so request to everyone please don't go here this is the worst shop. N they sold also sample watch to you in higher price they don't have patipack box....

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. FRAUD people. The products are also defected. After paying the bill of a brand new watch, very next day the shopkeeper is asking me to pay for the repair service. And now he is not ready to return watch. They don't value customer's hard earned money.

Had a very disappointed and unacceptable experience. Purchased a Titan watch on 4th December. To my surprise the watch didn't survive more than 2 days. They sell out old stock to people. Staff is very rude. During my purchase there were 2 customers who left without buying anything, the staff started abusing them, saying if they dnt want to buy and when u dnt have money why do they come.
