I recently dined at New Udipi Restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by their vegan options. The Puri Bhaji was delicious and had the perfect balance of spices. It's great to see a restaurant catering to plant-based diets. The staff was also very accommodating and knowledgeable about their menu. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for delicious vegan options. Can't wait to try more dishes!
