I recently tried the Ghee Dal Khichdi meal at BOX8 and it definitely did not disappoint! As someone who has a gluten intolerance, I was happy to see that they have a variety of gluten-free options on their menu. The Ghee Dal Khichdi meal was not only gluten-free but also incredibly delicious. The combination of ghee, dal, and rice was perfectly balanced and full of flavor. I highly recommend this dish to anyone who is looking for a tasty and gluten-free
