Please don't visit here. They will loot you. They are very clever and know very well how to take money out of your pocket.

I had come here to get my laptop's hinges repaired. I left my laptop at his shop. Then after a while he called me and increased the price.

The very next day after getting the hinges repaired at higher cost, my screen went short. All the negative reviews on Google are genuine. So, visit here at your own risk.

Very professional, polite yet friendly staff. They know their work very well. A huge range of products, reasonable prices, ability to handle retail as well as wholesale (even large corporate orders) clients, prime location and multiple payment options - all of this makes MaxTech my favorite shop on the street.

In my first interaction, Mr. Lalit was deeply interested in knowing my requirements. He asked details about intended work with the laptop I wanted and then suggested solutions to fulfill what satisfied those requirements, not forcing any brand or product. I thought this could be just one individual.

After my second and third visit across a span of 12 years, I realized that all staff members are similar in nature. They are well trained, smart, knowledgeable yet content in their trade. What made a deep impression on me is that they are not profit mongers and respect every individual. They had many opportunities to misguide me, suggest costly products or in general exploit some undue benefits. But it never happened. The staff went out of way each time to help me (and other customers too as I observed while in the shop) whether I required help with parking or buying a product.

I would definitely recommend this shop to others. Glad to continue my business with them in future.

Don't buy laptop from here... While purchasing they had word that every query will be solved by us... but they didn't kept their world. they are almost doing fake selling.

Don't buy anything from here.i am having worst experience 5 years back. The sold mi a 25k laptop for around 68k .the sales person is master at convincing, but if you know some expert in computers ,then go with them so you are at safer side.

Please trust me never buy a laptop from this shop they don't sell genuine product.  I purchased the laptop in July 2018 and in 4 months the laptop display is not working when I contacted the customer care... They sent the engineer and the engineer confirmed that this laptop has been opened by a non-technical person it is a used laptop. I paid 55000 and now I am suffering... These people should not be spared!  Please don't fall into their trap and Will look forward into this matter and I think I will definitely  take legal action against them!  Cheaters and frauds should be punished! Please support me

i bought dell laptop at good price 2 years ago. working fine not issue yet and sales persons good at all. if you want to repair your desktop or laptop they will do it.

I purchased a Lenovo laptop on June 15, 2021, and was guided by Bhanwar Dewaji. Right from the time of purchase, I have never got the opportunity of using the laptop peacefully as I have been running around Lenovo Service Centre and Maxtech shop for some of the other hardware or software issues.
Since I have been facing problems every other day and as I could exchange in the coming seven days, I couldn't as the laptop has been twice to the service centre and received my laptop itself after a week.
Since I have visited the shop with the problem, I have been greeted impolitely, disrespectfully and keeping the covid condition in mind no safety measures were practised.

Unskilled persons , non trustworthy shop!!!
It was looking for ssd for my newly purchased Dell laptop so I went this shop with reference to my one of friend. Then they open laptop and attached ssd without detaching battery power supply. (This cause to corrupt my hdd). Then they try to install OS into it but no luck , hence they said me to goto next shop where another person will take care of it, but there also no luck, os not install. So I take back my Laptop and remove there ssd product.

They said me “ Hame kya pata OS kyu nahi aa rahi hai, hum log responsibile nahi hai”

So don’t go for any purchases or any repairs work. Such bad experience!!!

I had brought a lenovo laptop with the store in 2018 they helped me with OS and othere issues. But my laptop got some probkem now and i am checking the warranty in lenovo website, it is showing me that the laptop was purchased in 2017.
Please be aware of this.

Worst service .. not a single star for this place.. Their service is poor, my laptop problem was wrongly detected by them, even though my laptop screen was ok, they told me to change the screen and charged me 2800 rs , when I made full payment, after few days , that problem was again happened. Again I visited there , then they told me that my old screen was ok, but some other problems were again happening, and the charges for that was too much high , because already I had done payment, and that's why they told me the high price for other problems. (But in general, the cost for that reparing is not too much high.) When I asked for bill, they didn't give me bill also. I was too much upset for their worst service. I suggest to never visit that place. Never .

Thieves. Never repair here. They Tell you False problems and make u leave ur laptop and then replace and remove ur parts. My laptop Bluetooth chip was removed and i came to know in next service elsewhere.

Mahavir, the owner of the shop is a fraud. They make money off their customer's innocence. He sold me a used Lenovo laptop which he used as a demo piece. The laptop had scratches and false transparent vinyl stuck behind the screen to hide the scratches. If this wasn't enough, the configuration of the laptop that he sold me the laptop were also false. He said it was a quad core laptop and showed it in the device manager. But hardly anyone knows that the data shown in device manager can also be altered. The number of processors that is shown in the device manager is nothing but the number of threads. On running a tool that shows accurate hardware information it was shown that the laptop is of dual core processor. They will offer free accessories and add-ons but all that is a gimmick. All the accessories are fake and of low quality, Even the microsoft mouse that he gave was duplicate and stopped working within months. I sincerely urge everyone to not purchase any product from this store and to spread awareness of such fraudulent activities.

Laptops are provided at very affordable prices compared to market price. Service is also very good. The shop gets a bit congested though during weekdays
