I recently tried the Veg Stew with Appam at Southern Route by The Bawa Kitchen and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The stew was filled with fresh vegetables and had just the right amount of spices. The Appam was soft and fluffy, perfectly complementing the stew. The overall flavor was perfect and left me wanting for more. Definitely a must-try for anyone who enjoys authentic continental cuisine. Highly recommend giving this dish a try at Southern Route!
