Open Burger Toast with Smashed Sweet Potato Patty & High-Protein Avocado Sauce ft. Teekha Chaska by @faasos ??

4 toasts:

Sweet Potato Patty (4 servings):
- 2–3 sweet potatoes
- Teekha Chaska by Faasos
- Homemade butter (for brushing)
- Fresh mozzarella cheese

➡️ On a pan, brush some homemade butter, sprinkle a generous amount of Teekha Chaska, and smash half or one sweet potato (depending on size). Let it caramelize, then repeat on the other side. Top with fresh mozzarella.

✨ How to roast sweet potatoes for max flavour:
Brush some ghee on an iron tawa, place the sweet potatoes on the lowest flame, and cover with a heavy cooking pot. Roast for at least 30 mins, turning occasionally until perfectly charred and soft.

High-Protein Avocado Sauce:
- Teekha Chaska by Faasos
- 1 onion
- 4–6 garlic cloves
- ½ avocado
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Handful of coriander
- 60–70 g Greek yogurt
- 30 g low-fat paneer
- 3–4 green chillies

➡️ Cook onion, garlic, and green chillies with Teekha Chaska, coriander powder, and pepper.
➡️ Once cooled, blend with avocado, paneer, Greek yogurt, salt to taste and coriander leaves into a creamy, high-protein sauce.

Assemble:
Cut one bun into two slices. Add a good amount of avocado sauce, place the sweet potato patty, top with more sauce, and finish with pickled onions, Teekha Chaska, and a crumble of feta and some chilli oil for extra zing! ✨

MASALA TOFU STIR-FRY ?
Why settle for bland tofu when you can have flavour running through every bite?
Made at home from scratch — with a masala twist using Teekha Chaska Masala by Faasos.

Here’s how I made it::
- Soak ½ cup soybeans overnight. In the morning, wash and rub gently to remove the peels.
- Blend with 3 cups water till smooth, then strain through a cotton cloth to get soy milk.
- In a heavy-bottom pan, heat the milk on low flame (stirring continuously). Add 1 tsp salt and 1 sachet of Teekha Chaska Masala by Faasos.
- In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp vinegar + 2 tbsp water and pour it into the milk. Once it starts to curdle, switch off the flame.
- Let it rest for 5–10 minutes, then strain and press gently to set the tofu. Once firm, cut into cubes. Refrigerate for later use.

For the stir-fry:
- Heat 1 tbsp oil, add 2–3 cloves garlic (chopped), 1 onion, and ½ bell pepper.
- Toss in the tofu, add 1 tbsp light soy sauce and 1 tsp Teekha Chaska.
- Finish with toasted sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime.

Simple, bold, and full of flavour — all thanks to Teekha Chaska!

Carrot Pancake Burger with Teekha Chaska Oats Rajma Patty and High Protein Creamy Chilli Sauce ?

For pancake buns (4 pcs)
- 2 carrots, grated
- some grated cheese(optional)
- half cup chickpea flour/ besan
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- Salt, pepper

For Patties (4-5 pcs)
- 100gm boiled kidney beans/rajma
- 2 Teekha Chaska by Faasos
- ½ small onion
- ½ tomato/ 1 tsp tomato paste ⁠
- 40-50 g rolled oats
- ⁠50 g low fat paneer
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mustard sauce
- ⁠1 tsp cumin powder
- ⁠salt & pepper to taste
- handful of parsley

For Chilli Sauce:
- 1 Teekha Chaska by Faasos
