I had the pleasure of trying the Smoked Pumpkin and Tempura Aubergine Bao from Mizu. The benefit of being a gluten-free diner is that this restaurant has delicious gluten-free bao options! The bao was delicious, with a pleasant smokiness from the pumpkin and a nicely crunchy outside from the tempura aubergine. Highly recommend if you are looking for delicious gluten-free options!
