I recently had the Roasted Tomatoes, Mozzarella, Homemade Pesto Sauce Croisstata at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters. It was fresh and delicious - the roasted tomatoes added a nice burst of flavor! The homemade pesto was also fabulous - a perfect complement to the croisst

I recently visited Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters and had a great experience. Their filter paper 01 (V60) is perfect for making 1-2 cups of coffee. The quality of the paper is quite good and I would definitely recommend it.

It was an absolute honour for me to be @bluetokaicoffee 's Guest Barista and serve their delicious coffees to customers and friends.
I remember helping with at least 30 orders in the span of a few hours, including Lattes, Cappuccinos, Vietnamese iced latte, Pour Overs, Espressos and Mochas. ??
The experience was a little different, as being a home brewer, I'm not used to this rush. I enjoy taking time to make my coffee. But making and serving coffee to people who paid for it and stood in line is altogether a different yet fulfilling experience in its own way.
I've developed some mad respect for Baristas all around! I was also consciously checking how many orders I could finish every hour and realised that with each hour, my efficiency only improved. ?
I'm extremely happy with the entire experience and grateful to the Blue Tokai team for showing me their ways and trusting me with the process.

This Children’s Day, we’re launching No Filter, a series in which loved ones interview each other about living outside cultural norms. Our first set of four episodes, Log Kya Kahenge, highlights different parenting journeys that veer from the cultural norm. ?

From adoption, single parenting to neurodivergence and children who identify as queer, we cover the experiences of parents who found themselves on a journey they hadn’t envisioned but who happened to find their tribes along the way. We hope that in these stories, you find yours. ??
