I recently tried the Mediterranean Cottage Cheese Focaccia at Edesia and it was absolutely delicious! The combination of tangy feta and creamy cottage cheese on top of soft focaccia bread was a flavor explosion. The bread was perfectly baked with just the right amount of crunch on the edges. The portions were generous and I couldn't help but go for seconds. I highly recommend Edesia for their authentic and tasty continental dishes. Definitely coming back for more!
