Villa Rashmi is “heaven on Earth”. It’s not a Villa, it’s a Palace. 72 rooms, all in immaculate condition, designed differently, maintained spotlessly clean, with front yard so big and garden in the backyard so “usefully” created and maintained, having car parking for n number of cars, having lots of history and vibes of love. In the heart of Mumbai, can u think of such a mansion/palace? Visit Villa Rashmi. U must c to believe it. I loved the Villa Rashmi. 😍

Best vintage house shooting location in Malad. With lot of space for vanity , generators , light van , etc. Space to keep live food counters too many washrooms. They have vintage furniture which they allow us to  use as a props.

Owners  are too kind and don't  disturb  while  shooting  at all.

I personally  have shot here twice for brand westside and love it .

Villa Rashmi is a beautiful serene place amidst a bustling city. The artistically designed setting has a lot of character and beauty. It was a pleasure to stay there and bask in its impressive heritage.

Step past the gates into a place of tranquility that harkens back to a world from long ago. The courtyard is swept clean of all fallen leaves and dust, the lawn and garden are tended well, the interior, with its magnificent teak beams, long verandahs, tiled roof, libraries filled with books, carefully curated furniture and fittings, speaks to the vision and taste of the owner and his daughter. There are more than thirty full suites in the building, each with modern conveniences, and the spirit and charm dating back over a century still prevails. It's a prime location for a film scene and yet very much grounded in the present and reality.

Great vintage look location for shoot, ample space for vehicles, cooperative owners, overall pleasant experience of shooting here.

One of a kind heritage bungalow in Mumbai. Great effort and care is taken by the owner and his team to look after and maintain this amazing property. Nearby residents should be proud and happy that in today's age and time the owner has not succumbed to demolishing this open and beautiful property for an eyesore concrete skyscraper, as is the case for rest of the city.

Excellent location for shoots.The owner very is strict and law abiding with all necessary licences and permits. He ensures that no disturbance is caused to any nearby residents.

Good place if you are considering for Vintage/Family herediatry scenes. Also have a very good Garden/Greenery Backdrop for shooting. Overall place is well maintained.

Staff seems friendly, connectivity to railway, highway is good.

One of the important aspects is there is a seperate base for parking that can cover generators and many cars together. Separate Base area also where we put catering Area, Production Base.

Rashmi Villa 1920 as the name itself states that it's a heritage venue and I must say it is really a heritage one.
Deval Madam has always been since the start and was helpful throughout the shoot.
I recommend all the film fraternity to consider this place for their upcoming shoot.
