1. We reached at the location mentioned in google, there was no sign of shop anywhere in that area(marol) , upon calling the owner he told us to go to MIDC to collect the bike which was very shady area
2. Look at the condition of the bike in attached photos, we  had no option but to take the bike as we needed it. There were no brakes , the shocks were gone and worst acceleration.The person gave us the bike with no fuel and told us that it will reach petrol pump which was 400 meters away.
3. At the end of the trip they charged extra 50 rupees since there was no enough fuel in the bike. These terms are not mentioned anywhere.
Avoid it, worst experience!!

The ride was super comfortable and the transaction was super easy. Staff was the best help and spoke person. Easy paper work bikes are in good condition. Highly recommended for all comuter bike on rent in Mumbai via Vaps Rental Brand. Thank you team.

I rented a bullet 410 Himalayan for my solo trip to lonavla, the delivery & pick up was easy. Bittu Singh is very easy going & understanding person. The price & the condition of the bike was good.

Substandard bikes. Bikes are rarely serviced and poorly maintained..it was our luck that bike reached the drop point with that condition...in addition, they give you bare minimum fuel (half litre max) and then charge you extra, saying you did not gave what was added (even if it is there). Owner might not even give your entire deposit back and will try to charge extra how much he can...and yes..they take 2000 as a deposit..worst experience... And their location is not in marol, it somewhere in MIDC..

I hired activa new brand, activa was good condition, paper work has been  in a minute smooth sevice provider in Mumbai.
