I recently visited Roots of India and I was thrilled to find that they had a range of vegan options on their menu. Their Raan Paya Shorba, a traditional Indian soup, was particularly outstanding. The rich and flavorful broth was filled with spices and vegetables, making for a delicious and satisfying meal. I appreciate that the restaurant caters to vegetarians and vegans, and I will definitely be returning to try more of their plant-based dishes. I recently tried Roots of India's Tomato Dhaniya Shorba and it was absolutely delicious! The perfect blend of spices, the not too-spicy seasoning and the creamy and thick texture all enhanced the flavor. The dish arrived well-packaged and was easy to eat. Highly recommend!
