Pizza Castle offers a great variety of options for Paleo diet followers like myself. I was pleasantly surprised to find a delicious Basil Pesto Pasta on their menu, which is usually difficult to find in most restaurants. The noodles were made from zucchini and the pesto was dairy-free, making it a perfect Paleo dish. The taste was amazing and I couldn't even tell it was a healthier alternative to traditional pasta.
