I recently dined at Sitara and was pleasantly surprised by their wide selection of vegan options. Their kulcha was especially delicious, with a perfect balance of spices and a soft, fluffy texture. As a vegan, I always appreciate when a restaurant offers more than just salads and side dishes. The staff were also friendly and accommodating of dietary restrictions.
