I recently tried Kofuku and I must say, their edamame is absolutely delicious. It's perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. But what really stood out to me was their spicy dishes. Being someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and heat levels of their menu. Kofuku is one of my favorite restaurants. The veg miso ramenn is my go-to dish and it's delicious! Everything is vegan-friendly and the portions are generous. I've tried several other dishes from their menu and they're all amazing. The customer service is great too. Highly recommend!
