I order a cake from the zomato and on zomato they have name The Dessert Heaven. My was damaged by the delivery partner and also connected with the restaurant and delivery partner both have worst service and not taking any responsibility to help the customers  don't order from this cake shop but on Zomato and Google people have posted bad reviews about cake getting spoiled and thank you for making birthday surprise special. I am also going to put the review video on my Food blog soon I have collected all proof with screenshots and many more stay tuned owner

Pathetic cake, ordered a butterscotch cake, it was a mess, the whole cake was melted. Worst experience. They have delayed the order for the reason that they were freshly preparing the cake but it seems to be something different

I ordered cake from this store on fathers day occassion & had mention to write “Baba” on the cake along with fathers day tag. But they did not provided any of these services. What is the use of having a instructions section in Zomato app while ordering??? Infact the delivery guy also asked him if this is been done, the service person said yes kiya hai karke. I tried reaching the store before but could not connect hence connected with Zomato delivery guy & he had asked their service in store person but this is what he got replied. Is this your poor service that you can’t afford to write on the cake???? Next time I will ensure none of my cakes are from you.
